Due to the customized and time-based nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. 2. Non-Refundable Items
The following services are non-refundable:
• One-time setup fees
• Strategic consultations, audits, and market research
• Monthly retainers for services already rendered

• Content that has been written, published, or delivered
• Third-party tool fees or platform subscriptions purchased on the client’s behalf
3. Eligibility for Refund
A partial or full refund may be considered under the following conditions:
• Services were not delivered as per the signed agreement
• Technical errors or mismanagement on our end negatively impacted your campaign
• The client cancels within 7 calendar days of payment and no substantial work has been performed
• A billing error (e.g., duplicate charge) occurred on our part

4. Refund Process
• Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days
• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

5. Partial Refunds or Service Credits
Instead of a refund, we may offer:
• Service revisions at no cost (for unsatisfactory work)

• Transfer of remaining hours (in retainer models) to the next billing cycle
